Modus can offer you experienced surveyors to complete whatever type of survey is required. From developing a strategy to full access pre demolition surveys we use both our knowledge and our survey systems to provide an accurate and complete survey at the most cost effective price.
Sampling
Modus can offer a full sampling service either as part of a survey or if directed sampling is required. All samples are analysed by our chosen UKAS accredited laboratory.
All sampling is carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidance published by the HSE.
Short notice services
Maintenance works are always difficult to manage. Problems multiply and costs become hard to control when the work is delayed by uncertainty about asbestos. Modus offers a range of services to assist clients with any aspect of maintenance or project works which involve asbestos containing materials.
These services are charged at fixed hourly rates with a defined scope of work for many of the more common services. This is combined with agreed call out charges so that you know exactly what each job will cost.
