Training
Past experience has shown that the software has a very low training requirement. Once the system is established operators have found the system to be reliable and easy to use with very few problems relating to software faults or failures. The web interface is familiar to most users and easily understood by most users without any formal training at all.
Training usually takes the form of informal on-site sessions rather than classroom based courses.

Hosting
Modus offers a hosting service for the application. Where we host an application a company is charged a monthly access fee which covers all licensing, hosting and support costs. No software is installed on the client’s site and authorised users gain access to the system from any internet enabled computer.
Support
The nature of the software means that the technical support requirement is very low. We offer a range of support options to suit any client. A typical implementation will include the first 60 days of support in the purchase price. Further support packages can be tailored to suit the manner in which the software is used on a particular site. The use of internet technology minimises the workload on in-house support departments as there is no need to install the software on individual client PCs.
