What will you get at the end of the review? Firstly you’ll get a report detailing our conclusions. The report will give as much information as you need to implement our recommendations with costs, further development proposals, plant and equipment will all be detailed where relevant.

 

Where necessary we develop phased programmes so the implementation of the recommendations can be phased to suit budgetary constraints. The phased approach also allows you to manage expenditure by only progressing to the next phase if the previous phase has been a success.  

 

Of course we will deliver a report but hopefully we will be able to provide much more than that.
