Modus Scotland - Scope of service

A maintenance audit can address as much or as little as you want it to. Some examples of where we can help you are:

·          Examine the maintenance regime for an individual plant item which is causing concern due to unreliability or high running costs

·          Extend the review to include whole plants, installations or sites

·          Examine maintenance management and work control systems and identify where improvements may be made

·          Develop specification documents for term contracts

·          Assist in the development of a long term maintenance programme for a particular discipline

·          Help you understand the best use of resources and labour on site whether these are in-house or outsourced

·          Explore the benefits of multi-skilling and doing more with fewer people

·          Work with you to provide the team required to manage your maintenance operations efficiently

We will visit your site, work with your team to understand what you are trying to achieve and develop the most suitable approach to your problems.

Clearly there are as many maintenance issues as there is plant and equipment. If you would like to discuss your requirements further please contact us.

What will it cost?

Hopefully less than you think. We believe that our experience allows us to produce effective answers quickly. In any event prior to the work starting you will be given a detailed scope of work together with a list of deliverables and a fixed price.
